This site is operated by Islam Ashraf under thetechnology.coach. This page explains what data the site collects, why it is collected, and how you can control it. It describes the site only — not the internal systems of pyramidBITS or transformeb2b.

> ANALYTICS

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-ENNN99G07D) to understand which pages are used and where visitors come from. Analytics is off by default: Google Consent Mode is set to denied, and no analytics cookies are written until you press ACCEPT in the cookie bar.

When you accept, Google Analytics may set the following first-party cookies:

• _ga — distinguishes browsers for aggregate reporting.
• _ga_<container> — keeps session state for this property.

Event data is retained for 14 months. Advertising features are not enabled: Google Signals, ad personalization, and ad-user data are all off. IP addresses are not logged or stored by this site; Google processes analytics data as a service provider under its own terms.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time with COOKIE SETTINGS in the footer. Clearing cookies in your browser also removes the stored choice, and the bar will ask again.

Intake forms on /connect are processed by Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com) and delivered to the operator by email. The forms collect what you type: name, email, selected protocol, and your message.

This site does not keep its own database of submissions. Email copies remain in the operator's mailbox until they are no longer needed for the conversation. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, or security details through the form — the page notes the confidential channel for that.

> LIVE CHAT

The site loads a Chatbase assistant so you can ask questions in the browser. Messages you send there are processed by Chatbase to generate a reply and are subject to Chatbase's terms. Treat the chat as a convenience channel, not a confidential one.

> HOSTING & SECURITY

The site is hosted on DigitalOcean App Platform and delivered through Cloudflare. Both providers keep standard operational logs such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamps for security and reliability. Those logs are governed by the providers' own policies and are not used here for profiling.

• Block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.
